Provil was invited by Ashanti International School of Culinary Arts, the largest culinary school in Lodz, Poland, on April 4 and 5, 2022.
The aim of the event was the professional Chefs of the country to get to know and taste the company’s products – which are their most valuable “tools” – and to travel to the flavors of Greek street food, creating dishes of high standards for the menu of their restaurants.
Through the recipes, and the delicious combinations presented by the company’s Chefs, the Greek street food emerged, exciting the Polish cooks.
