Stuffed zucchini

MATERIALS

1kg mixed minced meat (50/50)

125g Combi Meatballs (Art. 45512)

400g Meatball Sauce (Art. 55740)

300g Tomato-Basil Spread (Art. 55503)

8-10 zucchini

30-40ml olive oil

Salt-pepper

10 cherry tomatoes

Few basil leaves

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Hydrate the Combi with 250ml of water, add the minced meat and olive oil and knead. Shape meatballs of about 20g.
  2. Cut the zucchini lengthwise, empty the flesh with a spoon and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In each zucchini, put 1-2 spoons of Meatball Sauce and fill with a series of meatballs.
  4. Put the Spread in a pastry bag and make rosettes in various spots.
  5. In a fireproof dish, spread the rest of the sauce and on top place the zucchini in a row. Finally, garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil.
