INGREDIENTS

500g boneless pancetta

40g Smokey BBQ Marinade (Art.50625 CL)

40g BBQ Kentucky Bourbon Sauce (Art.50608)

40g Mayonnaise (Art.55085)

30g Roasted Onion (Art. 874)

20ml olive oil

4 bao buns

1 carrot cut into sticks

A little salt

Coriander leaves

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the pancetta over high heat, until golden brown.
  2. Place the pancetta on a baking sheet, season with the salt and brush them with the Smokey BBQ Marinade.
  3. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until caramelized.
  4. Spread on each bun a little Mayonnaise, a little BBQ Kentucky Bourbon Sauce and put the pancetta cut into pieces.
  5. Add the carrot sticks, the coriander leaves, the roasted onion and serve.
