Sweet and sour pork stir fry

Χοιρινό stirfry γλυκόξινο

Cook on high heat in a pan with a little bit of oil (stir fry) until the mixture glazes. Alternatively, cook in an ovenware at 180° C for about 20 minutes.

YOU WILL NEED

MATERIALS

1kg pork in thin strips (rump or thigh)

300g Sweet and Sour Sauce (Art. 50609)

15g Epirus Seasoning (Art. 42210)

200g green/red peppers

2 tbsp. fresh coriander

100g bean sprouts

200g mini corn

1 tbsp. sesame oil

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Season the pork with the Epirus Seasoning spice, add the sauce and the peppers cut into sticks.
  2. Spread on a tray and on top add the sprouts, the corn cut into halves and the chopped coriander. Finally, flavor with sesame oil.
